The ICTC mission is to increase the number of Black midwives, doulas and healers, to empower families, in order to reduce infant and maternal mortality.

As a member of ICTC, you uphold the position that Black midwives, midwives of color, doulas and birth workers of color are needed to diversify the midwifery and birth work force.
