Refund Policy

  • If the training is cancelled by ICTC, the registrant (trainee) has the option of receiving a full refund, less a $50 processing fee, or attending another training of their choice within the same year.
  • Scholarship recipients: promotional codes still apply.
  • If the registrant (trainee) cancels, a refund will not be given.
  • If  the registrant (trainee) cancels at least 2 weeks prior to the training start date, the registrant (trainee) has the option of transferring to another training of equal or lesser value within the program within 12 months of the original training date.
  • Cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to the training start date will not be eligible for transfer or refund. Only one registration transfer is allowed within a year, and a $50 transfer fee will be charged.
  • If the registrant (trainee) fails to transfer to another training within 12 months and pays the $50 transfer fee, all fees are forfeited. No-shows are not eligible for registration transfers.
  • In the event of hazardous weather or any other travel issues making it impossible for ICTC to hold the training, a makeup option will be made available. ICTC is not responsible for any travel expenses for any registrant (trainee).
